Our cuisine is inspired to
the Umbrian tradition, made of handmade pasta, genuine meat, sincere
full-bodied wine. On request, Robert, the chef, offers modern version
of his grandmother's recipes which have made him famous and
appreciated.
This success is also due to an accurate search for authentic products
and to our biological garden, tended with great care and love.
Apart from our fruits and vegetables, we use additional Umbrian
specialities such as saffron, asparagus, mushrooms, wild fowls and
above all truffle which it is possible to taste in all its varieties,
both summery and winter ones.
